This innovative chemical will help you protect your products from water absorption.<br \/>The product forms an invisible protective barrier on the surface, preventing water and dirt from penetrating the structure.<br \/><br \/><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Evenly penetrates into the substrate to form a protective layer with excellent resistance to weathering, UV radiation and many chemical agents.<\/li>\r\n<li>It reduces the tendency to stain and facilitates the self-cleaning of the material, which guarantees that the aesthetic appearance of the surface will be maintained for many years.<\/li>\r\n<li>The preparation does not cause shining or change the structure of the impregnated surface.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>It is recommended to carry out an application test to assess the final effect of the impregnation.<br \/><br \/><strong>Surface preparation<\/strong><br \/>The basic requirement for impregnation is a properly prepared substrate surface. This surface should be evenly porous, clean, dry and especially not greasy. New gypsum products can be impregnated no sooner than 2-6 days after these works have been carried out. It is recommended that impregnation work is carried out in dry weather, at a temperature of +5 to +30\u00b0C and a relative humidity of the air up to 80%. The surface becomes fully water repellent after approx. 24 hours. During this time it should be protected from water and dirt. Carefully protect all surfaces that will not be impregnated (e.g. metal parts, wood, etc.) before working. If they become contaminated, wash off immediately with water.<br \/><br \/><strong>Overlay<\/strong><br \/><strong><em>Before\u00a0<\/em>using impregnate\u00a0<em>please\u00a0<\/em>precisely\u00a0<em>stir it!<\/em><\/strong><br \/>Impregnation can be carried out with a brush, by spraying, or by immersing small parts in the finished solution for about 5 minutes.\u00a0<strong>Z<em>but recommended to carry out impregnation twice in quick succession using the \"wet on wet\" method<\/em><\/strong>. Apply the second coat depending on the ambient temperature no later than after 30 minutes, i.e. while the surface is still damp. The surface to be impregnated should be saturated thoroughly and evenly.<br \/><strong><em>Do not leave the waterproofing layer unabsorbed<\/em><\/strong><em>.<\/em>\u00a0Remove excess product 2-10 minutes after impregnation.<br \/><br \/><strong>Restrictions on use<\/strong><br \/>Do not use for impregnation of: marble, granite, sandstone, coloured ceramics or dark-coloured gypsum, as it may leave a white, hardly removable residue. In addition, it is not recommended for use if it comes into contact with wax or extremely high temperatures.<br \/><br \/>Spreading rate: 10-15 m2 with 1L of the agent applied twice. The consumption of the product depends on the type and absorbency of the impregnated material and the application technique.<br \/><br \/><strong>Storage<\/strong><br \/>Store only in original packaging at a temperature of -5 to +30\u00b0C, out of the reach of children, away from food products, food dishes.<br \/><br \/><strong>Attention!<\/strong>\u00a0HandiCast polymer gypsum waterproofing (65 MPa) is a caustic alkaline solution. All work should be carried out using: goggles, gloves and protective clothing. In case of skin contact, the contaminated area should be rinsed abundantly with cold water, rubbed with diluted vinegar and rinsed again with water. When using the spraying method, wear a respiratory protection mask.
