Filing a complaint
<\/strong>To make a complaint, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fill in the return\/complaint form and enclose it with your parcel. The document should contain the following details: your name, e-mail or postal address, telephone number, an indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, the date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect.

2.Return of the product<\/em>
When making a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.
